Ink Colors
Ink choices can be seen here. Please note that colors on screen may vary from actual products. Alternative or custom ink colors may be available for a $50 fee. If you are interested in a custom ink color please contact us. The best and most accurate way to select a custom ink color is to provide us with a Pantone number.
Customizing Text
Please enter all custom text in the appropriate fields when ordering. You will receive a proof to verify all text and its layout.
Paper Stocks and Envelopes
Our house paper is a 100% cotton, heavy bright white cover stock. It is soft to the touch and takes the impression nicely. Envelope stocks and color vary by product.
Printing Method
We specialize in letterpress printing and unless otherwise noted the printing method for your order is letterpress. Select products are off-set or digitally printed.
Proof Approval Process
With each custom order, a color PDF proof will be provided via email. Additional rounds of proofs are $15 each. Please proof carefully, as SIMPLESONG is not responsible for any errors that were present on the approved proof. A signed proof is required to go to press, which can be submitted via email or fax.
Timing
Once we receive your order you will receive a proof via email within 2 business days. Upon final approval, your order will ship via Priority Mail within 2 weeks. Rush orders are an additional 25%.
Return Policy on Custom Products
Custom products (calling cards, correspondence, pencils and invitations) are not returnable.
All custom orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed. Once the proof is submitted for approval, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

All designs will be copyrighted or trademarked, and they are the property of SIMPLESONG Design. SIMPLESONG is allowed to brand all products with our logo, copyright and identifying information. SIMPLESONG reserves the right to use excess pieces from your order as sample and marketing materials. SIMPLESONG will use discretion regarding names, addresses, dates and personal information on displayed sample pieces.
